Terms & Conditions

● A deposit must be paid to secure a date for your first lesson. If the deposit is not paid within 48 hours of booking the lesson it will be released and there are no guarantees that the same date/time can be offered again.

 

● If you need to cancel/reschedule your lesson, this must be done 3 days in advance of the lesson. Failure  to do so will result in your deposit being used to cover the loss of earnings incurred.

 

● Our hours of contact are 9am-9pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 2pm on Sunday. We will not be available outside of these hours. If you do not receive an immediate reply and it is urgent (i.e. you need to cancel/reschedule a lesson last minute), please leave a voicemail and we will reply to you as soon as possible.

 

● Any underlying conditions or disabilities, including pregnancy must be disclosed to us before commencing lessons with us or as soon as detected. Failure to do so may invalidate our insurance so we endeavour to be as safe as possible to protect both you and ourselves.

 

● Payment of deposit is confirmation that you agree to the above T&C’s

*Disclaimer: We reserve the right to refuse Car Hire service for the driving test should the learner driver demonstrates insufficient and unsafe driving standard.*

● If a student who is booked for training/pre-test/lesson/car hire turns up for their appointment and appears visibly under the influence of alcohol or drugs, we reserve the right to refuse training, car hire, lesson, or pre-test.

Car Hire Terms and Conditions

● Deposit must be paid in advance, on the day of booking for the car hire for the official test no less than a week.

● Notification of cancellation or a date change of the test has to be given a minimum of 4 days or more.

 

● In some circumstances, the school reserves the right to not to agree to a car hire if and when the candidate hasn't improved their driving skills, hasn't followed instructions properly, drives dangerously, or have been displaying negligence towards operating the car properly, despite the fact that they have been properly introduced to the vehicle, and how to use it.

● If the candidate is offered additional training out of the package of 4 hours, as a bundle, and they have refused to take the additional training to improve their skills, we also reserve the right to not continue with the car hire as per RSA requirements recommended on their website as a standard for driving and skills to attend the test.
